Aspire & Achieve

During half-term, 30 pupils travelled by bus and ferry to Austria to ski at the Katschberg resort. The resort was truly beautiful, and it was wonderful to see the excitement of the pupils on seeing the snow for the first time. The weather was perfect, with bright sunny days and lots of snow. The pupils were an absolute pleasure to take. They were polite, well-behaved and all supported one another throughout the trip..

The comments from the ski representative, ski instructors, bus drivers and hotel staff were purely complimentary with regard to the pupils. It was amazing to see the progress made by so many pupils in just 5 days of skiing, from falling down to completing challenging slopes, T and chair lifts and some even mastering the jumps.

Come the evenings, pupils were able to partake in swimming, bowling, bouldering, tennis, football and movies. The pupils had a wonderful time with great accommodation and ‘all you can eat’ breakfast and dinner.

Inspireski were a great company to go with and no part of the trip could have been better, unless by some small miracle the traffic in the UK could have been cleared!

We look forward to setting in motion the booking for the next ski trip as pupils are already asking when we are going again. A truly wonderful experience for both pupils and staff in such a beautiful part of the world.
