On November 27th, I had the privilege of joining a rewards trip with Mrs. Park and a group of my peers, and it was an incredible experience. The day began with a visit to the museum, where we explored fascinating exhibits showcasing art and history. We took plenty of photos and enjoyed the creativity and stories behind the displays.
Next, we traveled to Cardiff Bay for lunch. While some brought packed meals, my friends and I decided to buy food, settling on Subway. This ended up being the highlight of my day, as we shared laughs and enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the Bay.
After lunch, we visited the Senedd, the Welsh Parliament, where we watched a live debate in its central chamber. Following this, we moved to a nearby building to hold our own debate on whether phones should be banned in schools, which sparked lively discussion and made for a fun learning experience.
As the day ended and we returned to school, I felt proud of having earned a spot on such a rewarding trip. It was a perfect mix of education, fun, and memorable moments.
