The month of May is always an exciting one for our SRB as it sees our annual residential visit to outdoor pursuits centre Morfa Bay, based in Pendine.
We took students from Year 9 and 10 for three fun-filled days of activities that included Bodyboarding, Zip wire, High Rope activities, Bush Craft, Mud Assault Course and Mountain Biking not to mention an evening visit to Tenby, a huge BBQ and the traditional Morfa Bay disco! It's no wonder the students slept all the way home!
As always, from a staff point of view, what made us incredibly proud was the way the students always supported and encouraged each other and the way in which they conducted themselves throughout the visit which epitomises the values we hold dear at St. Cenydd. There were too many occasions to count when Morfa Bay staff and the staff of the other schools complimented me on our students' manners and values. Well done all!
