Year 12 Business Students at St Cenydd School recently took part in the regional Young Enterprise finals for South East Wales. A team of Year 12 students created their business over the course of the academic year, deciding on the company name, product, business plan, financial management and selling of their products. The team's business, 'Bin Butties', won the Best Presentation award for their presentation to a panel of Business personnel alongside a large audience. Students delivered this presentation with a sense of humour and confidence, which was highly commended by the judges. They also won the Creativity & Innovation award for their 'Football Goal' bin design using only recycled materials, a product made to encourage young people to put their rubbish in the bin.
Well done to all the students involved.
